Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ORVs, boats, etc! Note: There's another rental on the property close to this one. But each has private yards, parking, and driveway. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Please do not leave a sink full of dirty dishes behind. Leave cabin in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks

Larkin’s Cabin is fully updated & one mile from beautiful Higgins Lake!! This cabin has all the comforts of home with no sparing on that northern Michigan feel. Winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing with 11 miles of trails just a mile away.
