Separate Kitchen/Diner
Compact separate kitchen/diner with stainless steel dishwasher, fan oven, microwave and extractor, plus twin ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Custom designed (rolling) table and bench & stool seating. Well equipped / ready to go with cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots, pans and kitchen utensils, plus essentials to get you started including: washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing up cloths, kitchen roll, tea towels, salt and pepper, teas, coffee, cafetière, milk, sugar and olive oil. Harbour views (to the right) through the original sash window.

Bathroom
New wood panelled bathroom with large bath and large vintage style deluge shower above. Period washstand and mirror. Unique industrial lighting. Original wood flooring. Fresh towels, plus essentials to get you started including: toilet roll, soap and shampoo.

Entrance
You enter through the house's main front door into the ground floor entrance hall (shared with your hosts who live in the separate ground floor apartment). Here you can leave your outdoor coats and shoes. From the ground floor entrance hall you have your own lockable front door which opens to the stairs which lead up to your private 'Upper Porth Pennti' first floor apartment.

Parking
A free allocated parking space 50m from the apartment.

We have a very friendly chocolate Labrador dog. She lives with us in our separate ground floor apartment and never has access to the first floor apartment. She does however need to cross the shared ground floor entrance hall to get in and out.

There is space to stop and unload your car on the street in-front of the property. There is a free allocated parking space for you 50m from the apartment.

Please note that we are situated on the hill overlooking the inner harbour/town centre and the most direct/shortest walk to the centre can be quite steep with a number of steps. In addition the stairs up to the first floor apartment are quite narrow. With this in mind the apartment and its location is not suitable for persons with limited mobility or small children.

To maximise space in the compact kitchen / diner the shelves are quite high and may require a step (provided) to reach them.

The harbour view is to your right hand side as you look out of the apartment windows. The view is of the inner harbour, across the water to St Mawes peninsula and castle and then across the water again to the Roseland peninsula. Views to the left hand side and straight ahead from the apartment are of the terrace of houses at the other side of the road.

Price includes fresh bed linen and fresh towels. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the apartment.

Hi, I’m Richard from Scotland and I'm married to Birgit from Austria. We live mainly by the sea in Cornwall, UK, but also love spending time in the Austrian mountains. Amongst other things we both enjoy: walking/hiking, sailing, swimming, surfing, golf, tennis, skiing, snowboarding, good food/drink/atmosphere, music, nature and architecture/design.
