This rental is for the entire upstairs floor of our 1952 Oakmore ranch style house. It has a separate entrance on the side of the home, and is located up one flight of stairs. The interior of the private unit is clean, uncluttered, and modern. There is a door frame, but no actual door between the sleeping quarters and the living quarters. Included within the unit are two queen sized beds. The one in the bedroom has a memory foam topper. There is an additional queen size bed in the living room next to a couch/futon that folds down into a bed. The beds are outfitted with 1500 thread count sheets, and the one in the bedroom has a down comforter. We provide clean linens, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
We are a residential home and operate on a residential hot water heater. For that reason, we're best suited to host groups of 2. We also are equipped to host families consisting of 2 adults and 2 kids. We absolutely cannot host groups of more than 4.

With this rental you will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs unit through your own private entrance. You'll also have exclusive use of your own small private patio (pictured). This patio is downstairs, on the first floor near the entrance to your private unit.
Atención a los huéspedes
This space has a self-check in. We often times do not meet or have any interactions with our guests. With that being said, we're happy to make recommendations in the area, and answer any question you may have between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Often the quickest way to get ahold of us is text, and we do provide our cell phone numbers to our guests.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke or bring pets into the unit. We have also had a problem recently with a guest putting paper towels in the toilet. Please do not do this, it causes us major plumbing issues.
I work as an attorney at a non-profit agency, and my husband, Doug, owns a small business that fabricates and rents photo booths. We have two boys. We met while we were both living in San Francisco but moved to Oakland shortly thereafter. We love this city and are happy to recommend restaurants, parks, and local sites if our guests would like.
