New loft studio apartment that was well decorated and very clean. Fully furnished kitchen was nice and the the living room and large doors to front balcony will be good for entertaining. This loft studio was ideal for 1 or 2 people. The street noise was a little annoying.

The price we all pay for conveniences is people/traffic. My double-pane doors facing the street can be only "little annoying" if you open them during high traffic hours. Street traffic in this small town after 9pm is reduced to a trickle, I never hear it.

Loft exactly as described. Clear instructions inside home and before my travel started. Shower water pressure is weak, but it’s a California water restriction mandate. Bed very comfortable!
