I want to clarify "Garden Level." This is not in the basement but it is below grade. There is no view but the windows are above grade. You go down a 5 stairs in order to get to the unit. I hope that is clear.
Lastly, this is a Dog/Cat friendly apartment. I take pride in the cleanliness of the apartment. With that said, it is inevitable that there is occasional hair on the couch and possible in the corners of the apartment. If you are allergic to dog/cat hair this might not be the place for you.
