INSIDE THE HOUSE
Inside, the open concept, wood-beamed living and dining areas are warmed by a wood-burning fireplace. Adjacent, the granite-topped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is perfect for making a feast after a day on the mountain.
The condo sleeps 7, with a king bed in the master bedroom, king in the second and twin-over-full in the cozy third. A deck off the dining room and Juliet balcony from the second bedroom let you make the most of the crisp mountain air.
Both bathrooms have walk in showers, the first sized generously enough to fit a couple. There are washer and dryer facilities available as well.
At the Vail International complex itself, find a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, steam rooms and a gym. There’s free WiFi throughout the property, and - a rarity within Vail - free parking as well.
Walk to Vail Village for shopping and dining, or head up the mountainside and test your skill on the slopes!
The Vail International complex is only a 5-7 minute walk from both Vail Village and Lionshead, both with their own attractions. There’s a free shuttle bus to Vail Village, stopping at the Dobson Ice Arena next to the complex.
Skiing enthusiast? Ride the Lionshead Gondola up the mountain to Vail Mountain, one of the largest ski resorts in the world. With over 5,200 acres of terrain, there’s a slope to suit people of all skill levels. There are kids’ adventure zones for the smaller members of the family, and of course you can’t miss the legendary Back Bowls.
But skiing isn’t all that the area has to offer. Both Vail Village and Lionshead, at the base of the mountain, offer fine dining and shopping for every taste, and entertainment for families and groups alike. Go ice skating, take in a movie, and treat the kids at a sweet shop all in a day. Come in summer and explore the miles of hiking and biking trails, along with rating, kayaking and fishing.

All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
