First floor apartment in quiet safe neighborhood , bright, well lit, modern design with hard wood floors. FREE laundry for longer stays! Nearby laundry mat. Convenient walking or public transit options to Tufts, Harvard, MIT, Boston, etc. Off street parking options.
A nice room in a quiet neighborhood, great access to Harvard, Longwood Medical area, 20-30 minutes to downtown Boston, and more!
For more than 2 guests, there is a Japanese sleeping mat on the floor of the living room they can use. While it is cozy for more than a couple of people, I offer it as a good budget alternative for people who generally plan to be out and about most of the day.
Disponible para huéspedes
Guests are free to use the kitchen, as well as relax and lounge in the living room. There is space available in the fridge, freezer, and pantry to store food (though I cook a lot it is good to give me a heads up if you're planning on cooking too).
I do sometimes give private Yoga Therapy and Thai Massage sessions in the living room, usually during 10 am to 7 pm. Usually guests are out and about during this time. I do my best to work this around the schedule of any guest currently staying, and it hasn't been a problem so far in a year of AirBnBing.
Guests staying 3 days or more may do a load of laundry.
Atención a los huéspedes
Plenty if I'm around! I'm always happy to share food and stories, tell you my fave places to go, etc.
On occasion friends are over and guests are generally welcome to join in if we're cooking, gaming, etc.
Otros aspectos destacables
A very small, quiet, well-behaved, and friendly pomeranian stays in the apartment with me occasionally.
We expect you to leave things in roughly the condition you found them; mostly this translates to not leaving dishes for us to wash, give us a heads up as to when you'll be checking out, taking out excessive amounts of garbage, not leaving too many personal items in the bathroom, etc.
For instant bookings, I can't promise the room will be in ready state (or I'll even be home!), but I can instruct you to clean sheets and towels. Normally things should be fine, but they can get tricky if I'm say, traveling.
I'm a Thai Massage therapist. If you want to know more about that, just look up Thai Therapy by Mary in Cambridge, people love me on Yelp! ^_^
I'm also an avid explorer/traveler/foodie/adventurer! I may also have a dog of ridiculously little virtue, who is also virtuously little.
