Still pretty new to hosting and love meeting people. :)
A cozy cottage located one block from beautiful cocoa beach.
The home itself is very quiet and relaxed with a back yard where you can read/relax amongst the bamboo and gumbo limbo, or a spacious porch area; all areas where you can listen to the birds.
Cocoa Beach Pier
The beach of course!!
Immediate access to bus transport 35 meters away.
This private room has lots of space and a place put your clothes. It has all the essentials and is private and clean! What more could you need?
Well.... there is also full use of the living room, kitchen, and porch, back yard, and front yard and coffee!
In addition I have a full size pull-out futon in the living room if you need an additional sleeping space for a third person or if you are traveling in a pair as friends and would prefer separate beds.
There are two grocery stores; one is organic and the other is Publix. Both are walking distance.
Disponible para huéspedes
Washer/dryer: $5/load, detergent provided.

If you happen to be home when I am, you'll be offered some amazing coffee. I worked at Starbucks for over two years and a local coffee shop as well, so I know good coffee! Some daily interaction will occur, as me and my fiancé will be staying on site. However we are busy people and offer lots of privacy to our guests.

Local pizza places, and ice cream parlors are within walking distance in heels!
Everything else that you could want is a 10 minute walk or a lovely bike ride away. :)
I have plenty of parking as well if you are bringing a car.
Check in is between 4:00 & 7:00pm
I expect my guests to not bring anyone over to the house who is not registered directly with me.
I make it a practice to not wear shoes in the house and have provided a shelf on the porch for my guests to place their shoes. :)
After the beach I just ask that you rinse off the sand in the outside shower before entering the main area of our home.
A few things I have had guests do in the past and do not wish to repeat.
Please Do not:
Hang wet towels on wooden furniture.
Wear shoes in the home.
Overflow the sink.
Leave lights and fans on when you are not using them.
Adjust the air conditioning without asking me. It is an old thermostat and very breakable.
