Completely and lovingly restored, this classic Cannon Beach home awaits you and your family. The fenced front yard and beautiful cottage landscaping invites you to enter and begin your new family vacation tradition.

Unlatch the front gate and walk along the path until you reach the large brick patio, which doubles as the front porch of this remarkable home.

Open the door and be pleasantly surprised by the perfect place for your morning coffee: a small space with a table, two chairs, and a little peek of the ocean through a window placed just exactly right to catch this view.

The room opens to a great room featuring the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The living room has comfy chairs and a sofa (with a pull-out bed for extra sleeping) next to a stunning gas fireplace. What a warm and cozy spot to relax after a long day on the beach! Make sure you check out the cool chandelier made from shells.

The dining table has plenty of space for friends and family to gather, and with the kitchen right there no one who is cooking or cleaning up will feel left out of the hubbub.

The kitchen has a large island with the cooktop that makes talking to everyone while you’re cooking a breeze. With brand new appliances this kitchen is ready to go, and who wouldn`t love to prepare a meal in such a beautiful room. You’ll even have a feel of the sea when you check out the backsplash that was added – in blue and green tiles.

Just off the great room is a short hall with two bedrooms, bathroom and the laundry room. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV for late night viewing. Next door is a smaller bedroom with a twin bed and trundle bed that can be pulled out when needed. The original floor plan of the home had a window from the twin bedroom that looked into the hall and then through the window on the opposite side of the hall and out to a peek of the ocean. The homeowners loved it so much they kept the windows in place when they were doing the remodel.

Down the hall is the first bathroom of the home with a deep bathtub perfect for soaking if you need a break and the laundry room is at the end of the hall.

Follow the staircase up to the master suite. There is a queen bed with another flat screen TV and a quiet little built-in nook for catching up on a good book or getting in a little nap. The master bath has a tiled shower and a window just above the sink to catch another peek of the ocean.

Sitting just a couple of houses back from the beach makes it an easy walk to either the beach or downtown Cannon Beach, which is only a couple of blocks away. If you want the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and explore Cannon Beach this is it.

General Information - Our check in time is 4pm and check out is at 11am. Our office is located at 115 Sunset Blvd. in Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the North on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the second exit into Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the South on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the third exit into Cannon Beach. Our office is on the left hand side of Sunset Blvd, just before Columbia Bank. Our office hours vary during the seasons so give us a call ahead of time to obtain current office hours.

Guest Requirements - You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Reservation cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The contracted guest is the responsible party for all intentional or malicious damage done by anyone in their party including structural damage, damage to furnishings, theft, unnecessary maintenance, and the need for extra cleaning beyond what is normally required at departure. Our homes are in neighborhoods that have fulltime residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise.

Cancellation - If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact AirBnB right away

Number of Guests and Cars - Beach Beach Beach has parking for 3 cars and will sleep up to 8 people when the pull out sofa bed is used. Each home has a rental permit from either the city of Cannon Beach or Clatsop County that regulates how many guests may stay and how many cars are allowed to park. If more people stay at the house than permitted, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract rental and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. No RV`s, 5th Wheels, or campers are allowed on the property.

Pets - Beach Beach Beach is not a pet friendly home. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction in addition to a $250.00 fine.

If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home

High Chairs & Pak N Plays - Both High Chairs and Pak n Plays can be borrowed from us on a first come first served basis. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if either one is needed.

Left Behind Items - If you leave something behind in the house please give us a call right away. If we find it we can mail it back to you, with the shipping charges dependent on the size and weight of the package.

Guest Responsibilities at Departure - Please do not strip or make the beds or start any laundry. All that is required is that you load the dishwasher, take out all of the garbage and leave the house reasonably clean and in order.

Smoking - There is no smoking (neither tobacco or marijuana) allowed in any of our homes. If you smoke outside please do so at the appropriate distance from the home and dispose of your cigarette materials appropriately. If anyone smokes inside the home, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. You will also be subject to a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee.

Supplies - Beachcomber Vacation Homes supplies bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats and rugs, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and coffee filters if needed. Please bring your own beach towels as the towels in the home are not meant to be taken to the beach.

Trash - Please place all garbage and recycling materials in the cans provided. If you have excess garbage, please bag it and let our office know when you depart so that we can pick it up. Your trash day will be noted on your refrigerator door.

Smoke Detectors & CO Detectors - Please check to see if you detectors are working and call us immediately if they are not so we can replace them. Batteries can die at any time and we want you to have a safe stay with us.

Key Codes - All Beachcomber Vacation Homes have a key-less entry system. You will be given your code at check-in, or if you plan to arrive after our office hours, we will call you with your code. The code will not work until 4 pm on the day of your arrival and will deactivate shortly after 11 am on the day of your departure. If you need a little extra time for departure, or if you are arriving earlier than 4 pm, please give our office a call and we’ll try to accommodate you if we can.

Unforeseen Circumstances - Even the best made plans can hit a snag and renting a vacation home is no different. If your home becomes unavailable due to plumbing, electrical or heating issues, roof damage or anything else beyond our control that makes it uninhabitable, we will try to move you to a comparable home. If a comparable home is not available, Beachcomber will give you the option of receiving a refund or choosing an upgraded home, subject to availability. If you choose an upgraded home, any increase in rental rate will be your responsibility.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless - Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and Beachcomber Vacation Homes and its officers, directors, agents and employees of and from any and all claims, , causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys fees, and costs, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the reservation and/or use occupancy or rental of the home or property specified in this Guest Reservation Contract.

Legal - In the event of a breach of this Guest Reservation Contract or dispute concerning its interpretation or enforcement, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party’s costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred.
