Enjoy fantastic water views in this 1950's ranch. Stay in for morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the peaceful deck or access the bay for a paddle board ride. 1 mile to the bay beach and a 5 min drive (10 min bike ride) into town, 10/15 minutes to the most beautiful ocean beaches. 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, lots of love. This is a laid back beach house, please read more about the space before booking. Also, I have a dog and she spends time here when it's not rented.
House is dated but clean and comfortable. View is incredible. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you, if you are looking for a "beach house" in great location this house is for you!
*The bathroom is from the 1960's/70's and due to well water there is some discoloring in the sinks and tub. Just a heads up, it's always clean but it's dated.

My personal belongings will be here, the third bedroom and bath are mine but you will not have access to them. I live here part time so the refrigerator will have food and the living room has my Pilates equipment in it (not pictured). *I do my best to vacuum the sand a few times a week but since this is a beach house you may find sand in common area. I also have a dog, she won't be here when you rent but spends time here.
