Thank you for the review. All parking is outlined in the check in instructions sent before arrival. There are two onsite spaces and additional parking less than 50 yards away. The cleaning fee is actually $85 per studio and we do ask that guests remove their garbage and place their dirty dishes in the dishwasher. What we do NOT ask guests to do is clean bathrooms, surfaces, floors, wash linen. A full list of supplies is provided before guests arrive. All door codes are random and changed per guest. They are not shared with other guests so your suspicions on door codes is wrong. All policies and procedures are made clear at the time of booking, during the communication process pre-arrival and again on arrival.
