You are renting directly from the owner, and there is no daily housekeeping. We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. It really just depends on availability.

The location of the apartment is amazing. It on the BEACH side of Collins avenue in millionaires row in Miami Beach . It is about a 10 minute drive to south beach as well as a 20 minute drive up to Aventura shopping mall. There are numerous buses and taxis always available on Collins ave since it is the primary artery connecting North Beach to South Beach. There is also access to the Miami Beach public bike system called Deco Bike.

To access the beach, you only need to take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children

SWIMMING POOL/ BEACH
The pool is located one floor below the Lobby level and at the south side of the building
You may access the beach through a gate located behind the pool area, when returning from the beach you must dial a code 431 at the same gate.
For your convenience you will find 4 BEACH/POOL towels inside the unit, please do not use the white towels, they are only for use inside the apartment.
If you use the Beach Towels, chairs, umbrella please treat them with care and bring them back to the apartment.

SPA
The building has a spa named “Russian and Turkish Bath” it is located one floor below the Lobby level. The Spa is not included in the rate and must be paid directly if you want to enjoy it.
GYM
The Gym is located on the 3rd Level and is open from 6:00am to 11:00 pm, in order to access the Gym you must use the corresponding key which is hanging behind the front door unit, make sure to hang it there after you come back from the Gym.

TENNIS
The building has a tennis court which can be used safely and free of charge, you must wear the appropriate clothing and shoes, it is recommended to reserve the court previously with the security in the front desk.

LAUNDRY
The building has a laundry room located on the lower level (below the Lobby Level) in the northern section of the building.
Wash and Dryers will cost $ 1.50 for each load and you must bring $0.25 (quarters coins) for the machines, please also bring your own laundry detergent.
Note: Also at the same lower level, you may find some companies which offer laundry services at a moderate cost.

TRASH
Trash should be thrown in the bin which is located next to the unit 427 if you are on the 4th Floor and next to the unit 1627 If you are on the 16th Floor.

CAR RENTAL
Compact car since USD$19.99 per day or USD$129 per week
Prices may vary according to the season and availability. Other options are also available.
TRANSPORTATION

If arriving at Miami Airport and not renting a car you can easily take the bus with letter “J”, which costs $ 2.25 per person, the trip will take about 40 minutes depending on the traffic and will drop you one block from the building.
I recommend you to have the exact change to pay for the bus rate; some of the drivers may not have change to give back to you if you give them more than the bus rate.

Está muy bien ubicado, con dos camas de matrimonio en la misma habitación para cuatro personas no cinco, está muy limpio y decorado. Lo único que no tiene ventaba o balcón.

Lamento escribir esta reseña pero no es lo que esperaba. Al otro dia de llegar se metio en el departamento una persona de limpieza y yo estaba con una toalla ya que recien me habia bañado. Lejos de retirarse ingreso a ver cuando me iba siendo que recien arribaba. El servicio de ascensores es PESIMO, tienen un sistema de premarcado de piso que hace que se formen largas filas para subir, obligando muchas veces a usar la escalera de emergencia. El valet parking fue pesimo, al llegar me indicaron que estacione a mi gusto y resulta que no se podia entrar por su cuenta, pase un mal momento. Tardan mas de 10 minutos en entregar el coche. La salida a la playa con una puerta electronica que muchas veces no anduvo. El grifo de la ducha que pierde agua, heladera vieja y ruidosa. El anfitrion se porto bien y no tuve problemas para hacer check in ni retirarme

El edificio no tiene rampa de acceso por lo que es muy difícil ingresar el equipaje y el carro de bebes. El estado general del edificio es muy malo y la limpieza muy deficiente. Suciedad en la piscina del edificio, cucarachas en la cocina, etc The building doe not have a ramp so it is extremely difficult to bring in the luggage or a baby stroller. In general the building is in bad shape and not clean. The public swimming pool was very dirty and we found cockroaches in the kitchen

facilitandome la entrada para que lleguemos sin problemas, el barrio es excelente, la ubicacion fabulosa, ya que estabamos enfrente de la playa y de la pileta del hotel

Muy buen lugar, tal cual lo publicado. Para 5 personas es un poco chico el departamento, a pesar de estar muy bien equipado. La ubicacion es buena, sobre Av. Collins aunque con pocas tiendas cerca. El edificio tiene salida a la playa y una buena pileta, además de cancha de tenis. En el departamento había sombrilla y reposeras, tambien raquetas para utilizar. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y volveria a hospedarme alli!
