Welcome to our 101 year-old home in the historic Arden Park Neighborhood! Located near major freeways, you can reach downtown/mid-town or the suburbs in minutes. It's all the tranquility of Detroit's historic beauty with access to everything the city has to offer!
Come enjoy a homebrew in our cozy back yard in the summer and our warm wood-burning stove in the winter. We've put a lot of work into renovating our place and hope you'll appreciate our labor of love in progress!
You'll stay in one of our lovely second floor rooms. Its gets plenty of light, has a television (with a retro gaming station if you're into that) and pretty much exclusive access to the second floor bathroom.
Bear in mind our home is a 101 years old and still a work in progress - please mind our dust and let us know if you have any concerns.
Summer: Given the age of our home there is no Air Conditioning. While your room has a ceiling and window fan it is on the second floor and can be warm.
Disponible para huéspedes
As our guest you will have access to pretty much our entire home including the kitchen, living room, washer/drier in the basement. We will provide you with a key and you can come and go as you like!

Otros aspectos destacables
Our home is 101 years old and has all the character of a lived-in antique. Let us know if you have any question or concerns!
Its worth noting that we have a strict vegetarian/kosher home. This just means that we don't allow outside meat/shellfish into house at all and have some requirements about outside food in general. If you bring in takeout please consult with us before using the kitchen and utensils. We are happy to answer any questions and will try to be as accommodating as possible!
We have a cute puppy named Mississippi. She is super sweet and loving but still a puppy with all the cuteness and challenges that brings. If you have any questions or concerns about her just let us know!
