The Bottom House is the middle of our three cabins. It has one large bedroom and one small bedroom that share a big porch. It is set in its own private yard with a detached bathroom with a flush toilet and a cold water shower under a mango tree. High ceilings keep you cool!

We think this house is really beautiful. The cedar wood was cut locally, and planed by me and our sons. We worked over months to make this house as comfortable and beautiful as possible.

All beds have mosquito nets.

El alojamiento
Our seaside farm has fruit trees, a nice veggie garden, an apiary, an essential oil distillery, three cabins and a sweet little beach. Some fruit is always in season. We live peacefully with our pets: goat families, cat families, chicken families and two dogs. A stone-paved walkway connects the communal kitchen/living room space with the cabins, keeping the mud down during the rainy season. This is real natural Jamaica - you will experience rural life in a seaside village from the safety and comfort of a Rasta family environment. In this cabin, we can put in three twin beds, or two queen size, a queen and a full, etc.

Acceso de los huéspedes
You are welcome to use our sandy beach and to hang out in the communal kitchen/living room area. We keep a vegan kitchen and you are welcome to keep meat-free food items in the fridge. The entire property is yours to roam, and all of the fruit trees yours to pick. You are also welcome to eat all of the fruit you can from the table-top basket on the kitchen table.

Otros aspectos para tener en cuenta
This is just one of three cabins on our farm. The others might be occupied by college students who are here as natural beekeeping interns. We have six sons who are kept busy herding goats, raking yards, or chopping things we want chopped. At other times, you'll see them fighting, running around, riding their bicycles or just goofing around in the kitchen. We also have chickens pecking around all day. Nothing is perfect here, but we do try to at least keep things nice.

WiFi access is available with purchase of a voucher. The cost is $2 USD for a 24 hour voucher. Access is available in the common spaces of the kitchen/dining area.

Our little village is at the end of the paved road, where the dirt road into miles of undeveloped coastal wilderness starts. I hope you like reggae music because this is Jamaica and loud music is everywhere. For a little village, this place has vibes! People are friendly and cool.

Our family is big: me, my wife Agape, our 6 boys, three dogs, 3 cats, 7 wild chickens and a goat. We keep bees, make soap, distill essential oils, grow our food, swim at our little beach and do the million jobs that take up our days...
Durante tu estadía
This is our family's yard, and we are always here to answer questions, arrange excursions, send our boys to lead a free walk to a beautiful local site, etc. Please jump in the car with us if you would like to go to the nearest big town to see the vegetable market, or to use the ATM. Ask us to introduce you to local craftspeople who can sell unique and handmade souvenirs. If you are interested, you can even go into the bees with us when we inspect them, or drive through the bush to our hillside farms to go fruit hunting in the trees up there. We are happy to organize meat or fish meals for meat-eaters at one of the really excellent food places run by our neighbors.
