Return BOTH sets of keys back to lockbox upon departure.
Only responsible adults of legal contractual age (25 years old) may contract for rental. Legal renter named on the rental agreement must occupy property during dates listed on the agreement. Identification must be furnished upon request. Absolutely NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. *Please Note: Violations of rental occupancy restrictions are grounds for IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF RENT.
Owners Closet: Locked owners' closet isnot included in your rental.

Maintenance Issues: Report all maintenance issues promptly by cal(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other breakdowns could occur. Every effort will be made to correct the situation; however, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures.
DAMAGE - Report any damage or breakage upon occurrence by cal(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), so the matter can be settled before departure. Damages found by inspection crews upon departure will be billed and full payment for repairs will be collected via credit card
KEYS - 2 keys are given upon arrival. (1) for house and (1) for garage access. If the keys are misplaced, the renter is responsible for for contacting local locksmith (after notifying the owner) to have keys remade and/or entrance back in to rental. All expenses are to be paid by the renter.
PARKING - Only 1 vehicle is allowed in the driveway in the front of the town home. No parking on the grass at anytime! If found to have parked on the grass or parking in a non-designated space you will be fined $100. Additional parking spaces are next to the tennis courts.
