Have a meal on the balcony, play cornhole out back, or throw a frisbee in the cul de sac. Finished in heartwood pine, the space offers a peaceful setting for reading and quiet conversation, with a private porch wrapped in bamboo for added seclusion. The Roost includes a bedroom, pull-out couch, small kitchen, and private half bath, with full bathrooms located directly below in our farm bathhouse.

Pet Friendly and Private! Nestled in the foothills of North Ga. Right off I75 close to Calhoun and Dalton. 1.5 hour from Atlanta and 45 mins from Chattanooga, TN. This is a well appointed and updated space. You will hear noises upstairs. People live on the top floor. However, you have complete privacy. Please read the reviews and make your decision, you won't be disappointed. There are 3 mini split air conditioners separate from the main floor.

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
