It is a magnificent place, very well located and close to the important attractions in Tampa, very well connected to the expressways of Tampa, close to the beaches, quiet neighborhood although on some important occasions the neighbors usually celebrate,we don’t allow smoke inside the unit ,if the guests not respecting the rules we will charge a fee,it is maximum two guests,have a queen bed ,little kitchen without stuff,only microwave to cook
