It has a large yard with outdoor games, bar, firepit and tables to eat and enjoy the fresh air! Also, it’s just a few miles away from Top Golf, Sunsplash, Quarry Park, and Thunder Valley Casino! Folsom Lake is 8 miles away, and we’re only an hour from the Boreal Mountain for fun in the snow!

Welcome to Old Roseville with it's rich railroad history. The cottage is set in an old Italian neighborhood. It has a living room with small kitchen, Bedroom/King size bed and bath. Built as an in-Law quarters, it has it's own Front & Back door, Heat/Air Conditioning System, Patio/Private Fenced Yard, and off street parking. The Cottage and the main house are separated by a Hall/Laundry room. This cottage is licensed by the City of Roseville and we pay TOT tax on each stay. .
