Summer Weekend Booking Policy (June–August): To ensure availability during our busiest season, weekend stays must include Friday and Saturday nights. Enjoy our peaceful Ogunquit retreat. Private entrance with patio. A nicely appointed suite with a luxury queen bed. Skip the parking hunt. Leave your car here and enjoy a scenic 10-minute walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Restaurants, shops, trolleys, beach caddy are all nearby. Downtown is a 25-minute walk, and Beach is 30 minutes.

Make your way to this lovely two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite with a brand-new kitchenette on the first floor of a lovely home just steps from North Beach. A peaceful setting ideal for families or couples. Bandstand, entertainment, and the Boardwalk are all within a 20-minute walk. Enjoy a morning walk, a day trip on bike or foot along the NH Rail Trails less than a mile from the property. There are beach towels and beach bikes available. The Victoria Inn is elegant, comfortable, and cozy Bed & Breakfast. The Inn offers seven spacious rooms. Across the hall, on the third floor of the Compass Rose Inn, this suite is beautifully decorated in cool soft tones and includes a complete bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. For the warmer days, the patio is available as an added site to explore and wind down. With surrounding shrubs and perennials, this room allows you to relax and improve your well-being.

Clark Currier Inn - Merrimac Room

The Merrimac Room is named after the river that runs next to Newburyport and empties into the Atlantic Ocean. This room features a private external entrance to the garden and parking. It has a queen size bed with adorable red accents. The Merrimac Room is located on the first floor with a single step required to enter or exit to the outside.
