Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Welcome to the Lookout Loft Treehouse! Find a retreat in this peaceful hilltop oasis just a short 20 min drive out of Sioux Falls, SD. Sleep in the clouds on your dreamy pillow top mattress, wake up to stunning 360 degree views overlooking the surrounding countryside. Enjoy a moment of rest in our Schoolhouse! The Schoolhouse is located just out of town and North of Sioux Center (IA). Within 5 minutes, you will be in town where you can find several grocery stores (Fareway, Walmart and Hyvee), a nice indoor mall with a Dutch bakery for a great breakfast, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool ' Siouxnami waterpark', and Dordt University. About 1 hour drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 2 hours from Omaha airport.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting.
