A cosy cottage nestled in the hills of the North Yorkshire Moors, on the edge of Ampleforth village. An ideal place to go off grid, listen to the wildlife and enjoy the beautiful countryside. York is 20 miles away with countless tourist attractions and less than 10 minutes drive is the pretty market town of Helmsley with lots to explore. There is an abundance of great walks from your doorstep, excellent cycling routes and you will be spoilt for choice with fantastic cafes, pubs and restaurants.

We are proud to list our second property, 'The Nest’. A brick built detached cottage with rustic modern farmhouse design a comfortable home from home experience, ideal for romantic getaways. Our luxury accommodation features cosy open plan lounge/dining area with feature brick walls with French doors leading to a private walled patio area with luxury state of the art 6-seater hot tub for your sole use, fully fitted kitchen, luxurious bathroom, elegant, panelled bedroom with king sized bed.

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

We are a dog friendly and human friendly home. Sleeping up to a maximum of 6 humans. With a large, fenced garden, there's ample space for your pooch and children to play safely. Whitby House With Parking Good Location Sleeps 4

Freyr is a charming 2-bed house located in the North Yorkshire fishing town of Whitby. The property sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms - a double and a twin both with en-suite facilities. One bathroom has a shower unit and the other has a bath with a shower over. On the ground floor, there is a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge diner. Patio doors lead out to a charming garden with decking and a dining area.
