Enjoy a stylish art inspired experience at this centrally-located place. This 700 sq ft ( 65 sq m) apartment was inspired by the previous long term tenant who was from Serbia. This self-proclaimed gypsy was all about the Bohemian vibe with edgy colors, light wood and funky decor. Located in Riverside, this apartment is located walking distance to many well established restaurants and bars and the interstates. Our backyard has a firepit with adirondack chairs, a grill, and even 'smores kits. Plus, we have two bikes that you can use to cruise the neighborhood! The bikes even have cell phone holders & drink holders.

Welcome to our 1901 "doll house" with timeless charm and contemporary upgrades. From the original cast iron tub that we refinished ourselves, to the brand new butcher block kitchen. You'll find yourself in the Brooklyn area of Riverside and close to 5-points, avondale , murray hill , DT Jax and 4 miles from Daily's Place & Vystar Veterans Arena. Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

Cozy King Street Suite Upstairs

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area, but it is in the rear of the property and very peaceful. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.
