Our home is equipped with high speed internet and several work stations which makes us perfect for families looking to change their remote work and distance learning environments. Our home is also equipped with a wonderful unheated pool that is ideal in the spring and summer months. We've worked hard on every detail to make this a memorable vacation home. This stunningly beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect destination for a tranquil stay, family vacation, a romantic weekend getaway, small wedding and everything in between! From our beautifully manicured landscaping to the meticulously designed interior to our private backyard with unobstructed views of the surrounding Santa Rosa mountains, Las Palmas de Bermudas has everything you need to make your next stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible. The exterior of our home offers two custom fire pits; one is located in the front spanish courtyard for more intimate gatherings and one larger fire pit adorns the backyard for larger group settings. With over 8,000 sq. ft. of entertaining space, lush green grass, twinkle light lanterns, multiple seating areas, BBQ grill, a pool and intimate outdoor lighting, our backyard is truly one-of-a-kind. Please note: the pool is not heated. The interior of the home offers a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A dining table seats 6 comfortably. A formal living room provides a warm and intimate setting to enjoy a book or watch your favorite show on our 55" Smart TV. The Master Suite offers a king bed, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a master bathroom with private access to the backyard. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with ceiling fan and closet. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed equipped with a double and twin mattresses. Bedroom 3 also offers a pullout queen-sized couch for additional sleeping accommodations. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a ceiling fan as well. All bedrooms come with ample storage, luggage racks and well-placed USB plug-ins to conveniently charge your electronics. The guest bathroom is located adjacent to Bedrooms 2&3 and is adorned with a sky light that provides a gorgeous amount of natural light throughout the day. We have many amenities to help your stay with your little ones - please ask us for more details! Inside, patterned wallpaper, Jonathan Adler furniture, and Shag art evoke the mid-century lineage of the home & neighborhood, where you can do a walking tour of several architectural gems, or play bocce ball. In these uncertain times, we highly recommend travel insurance! Per standard practices in Palm Springs, Pool + Spa heat is optional, for an additional cost ($50-100 per day, depending on time.) Taxes are included in booking, and you must be 25 to rent. This rental is for the whole house, yard, pool, view of the mountains, peace love and happiness! PS City ID: 3157. There are many dog owners in the neighborhood, often out walking their puppies. There's a driveway and good street parking - you can walk to a number of bus stops, and Uber is easy in Palm Springs!
