Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens, and (shared) fenced yard with trampoline.

The Last Minute Cottage is a cozy recently updated STAND ALONE studio in a converted 1940's garage! It is conveniently located 4 blocks from popular Haywood Road and all the West Asheville shops, restaurants, and bars it has to offer. Looking to get outside? The French Broad River, Carrier Park, and the Greenway are only 1/2 mile away. Easy access to float or stroll the river! The cottage is also conveniently located only 2 miles from downtown and just 1 mile from the River Arts District.

Asheville, overlooking the River and River Arts District. 1.5 miles to downtown Asheville and downtown West Asheville. 3 minute walk to New Belgium 5 minute walk to the Greenway Bike and run on the beautiful new Greenway.

Private entrance to upper floor of Historic Craftsman home in the River Arts District. Walk along the river or to many local restaurants, art galleries & breweries. Lots of character in this old home with modern amenities. Each room has a shower & bathroom attached. The room has a sofa, table, mini-fridge, & third bathroom with claw-foot tub. This 1907 home was completely renovated in 2004. Dark wood, picture frame molding, a beautiful staircase, and original tub make your stay unique.

Kick back at The HiTop, a bright upstairs suite in walkable West Asheville — near Haywood Rd’s shops, restaurants, and breweries, close to the River Arts District, and a quick Uber to downtown. Enjoy a queen bed, coffee bar, mini-fridge, microwave, smart TV, spacious bath, and a private rooftop deck. Includes entrance, parking, and bike storage. Adjacent to Haylo if traveling with friends. We love kids, but the HiTop isn’t child-friendly and sound travels, so it’s best for adults.

Visitors have their own parking space and outdoor patio. The Tempur-pedic mattress on our king-size bed offers maximum comfort. We can also add a Pack-N-Play for the little one(s). The neighborhood is perfectly peaceful and safe, yet accessible to all things West Asheville!
