The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

The Bothy- unique private space near Hay On Wye

The Bothy is a unique small hideaway 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay on Wye and directly on the Wye Valley Walk. It is a former cowshed carefully renovated to make a special cosy and comfortable one bedroom haven .It is situated behind an Edwardian stable block and very private. There is a large wildflower garden for guests with far reaching views from the top of the Welsh Mountains ( also dog friendly!) Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable and romantic escape.
