Woodburning stove and underfloor heating and two comfy chairs. Outside there is a raised deck with dining and lounging facilities, bbq plus parking. This romantic tree cabin is located on the edge of a tranquil woodland at the bottom of a beautiful privately owned 5 acre garden, overlooking a hypnotic river waterfall. This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.

Set within the grounds of the Hall, the accommodation provides a peaceful retreat. Just 13 miles from Chester, 17 miles from Chester Zoo and about an hours drive from Snowdonia. Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.

The Studio at Golly Farm Cottages

The Studio is a great comfortable bolt hole, perfect for a couple or small family or the business traveller. There is a king size bed in the living room and an additional put up bed or travel cot can be added for an extra guest. Separate kitchen and shower room with a large shower, loo and small basin. There is one step down to the kitchen and shower room - the floor is wooden and the living area is carpeted.

The Loft

The loft at Pen Dinas has breathtaking views and a perfect location. We have direct access onto the bike tracks at Llandegla bike centre. Also on our door step we have clay pigeon shooting and a trout fishery. There are many walks and trails that will keep you entertained for hours. We have a public house a mile away and are 3 miles away from local amenities.
