This mid-terrace 2 bedroom cottage built in the late 1800’s, is situated on the outskirts of the historic slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, right in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. A traditional slate miners cottage which provides a wonderful base for local attractions such as Zip World, Mount Snowdon and exploring the area with its rich cycle paths, walks, rivers and waterfalls and is perfect for a couple, friends or a family who love the outdoors.

Old Quirky Character Cottage - Grade II Listed

A Grade II Listed cottage that is old, quirky, quite unique and very original. If you like cottages with character you will love this. If you like modern, characterless boxes please don't even consider it. It is situated in a very quiet area but only a ten minute walk from the town centre and Ffestiniog Railway in one direction and the Llechwedd Slate Mine and Zip World Complex in the other. You can also walk straight into the mountains from the doorstep.

Y Felin Lifio, Annex, Snowdonia.

Set amongst the Snowdonia National Park countryside, the annex offers a cosy, quiet retreat next to a garden stream and waterfall. Used as part of the original sawmill as a store room for the timber, this converted outbuilding has kept its historic character alongside modern features. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.

Traditional 19th Century Slate Miners Cottage

A characterful original slate miner’s cottage dating from the late 1800s. Located in Tanygrisiau, just outside the historic slate-mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, the cottage is a short walk from local shops, amenities and the village pub. A narrow-gauge heritage steam railway runs along the bottom of the garden and can be seen from all rear-facing windows. Ideally placed for Llechwedd Slate Caverns, zip wires, mountain biking and mountain walks.
