From our trendy accommodation you can easily get to local insider tips. The room is a five-minute walk from the main train station with direct connections to the trade fair/airport/city centre. A parking space in front of the door can be booked for 10 €/night. It is a 15-minute walk to the centre. The neighbourhood is multicultural, the street and the backyard quiet. We are the owners of the house, have renovated it ourselves and offer an airbnb room. We are happy to prepare breakfast for you.

Welcome to our luxurious house in the residential village Meerbusch LANK-LATUM. Close to the TRADE FAIR which is located in the north of DÜSSELDORF, separated by the river Rhine only. Public transport to the trade fair available from Mon-Fri with direct bus (12 minutes), all days by car/Taxi/Uber, one exit only on the motorway. We offer a spacious room (16m²) including a rich continental breakfast and a separate bathroom exclusively for our guests. We speak English, Dutch, French, German.

Du hast direkten Zugang zu deinem privaten Bad. Wald und Feld laden direkt vor der Tür zum Radfahren, joggen und entspannen ein. Wir liegen zentral zwischen Köln und Düsseldorf. Flughäfen, Messe und Museen sind schnell zu erreichen. Auf Wunsch servieren wir ein reichhaltiges Frühstück zum Preis von 10€ p.

Wunderschön und ruhig neben einem historischen/umgebauten Kloster, aber dennoch zentral gelegen, benötigen Sie zu Fuß ca. 8 Min. zur U-Bahn und ca. 12 Min. zur Messe/23 Min. in die Düsseldorfer Altstadt/Innenstadt.

Nuestra casa está situada en el suburbio de Colonia de Junkersdorf, a 3 minutos a pie de la parada de la línea 1, que tarda de 15 a 20 minutos en llegar al centro de la ciudad. Disponemos de 3 habitaciones en las que las camas se pueden proporcionar ya sea como cama individual o doble. La ducha y el inodoro en el primer y segundo piso son de uso compartido. Además de nuestra cocina, también hay una cocina compartida disponible para los huéspedes. También tenemos un gato!!!!

Ein gemütliches Zimmer , ca 20 qm mit einem Bad für 2 Zimmer. 1 Schlafzimmer mit einen großen Bett (140 cm breit, 1 Matratze) Das Gästehaus liegt im Ortsteil Lank-Latum, sehr zentral alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. (Supermarkt; Bäcker, Restaurants) Durch die Lage in einer Spielstraße und Sackgasse ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Frühstück ist nicht inklusive. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und werden mit 25,00 € je Aufenthalt berechnet.

Heerlijk rustig en groen, met daarbij een privé slaapkamer, badkamer, eetkamer en privé tuin. Van alle gemakken voorzien en met elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijtje met een eitje, verse jus en broodjes.
