Beach House #1

A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach-living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Seahorse Cottage- ocean view family home

Seahorse Cottage is a cheerful, light-filled, immaculately clean cottage that you will love to call your home away from home. Ideally located in downtown Seward: 1 block from the bay and waterfront playground, 1/2 block from library, 1.5 blocks from post office, and 3 blocks from the Alaska SeaLife Center. Fantastic views of Resurrection Bay. Watch the sun come up over Mt. Alice while you enjoy your cup of coffee from the back deck, and catch the sun's last rays from the living room couch.

Oceanfront Inn Private Suite

This lovely studio style suite offers the best view in Seward from the privacy of a sizable covered deck. A queen bed in the main area, and twin mattress in the loft, with kitchenette, and full bathroom with stand up shower. Alaska Alpine Meadow Retreat - Lower Unit*

Our cozy guesthouse property was brand new in August 2018!! We are adjacent to State, National Forest Service, and National Park Service lands in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood with views of Resurrection and Benson Mountains and Resurrection River. This lower unit "Meadow" is a one-bedroom and sleeps up to three people, has a full kitchen, full bath, and living space with pull-out twin loveseat. The upper 2-bedroom unit "Alpine" is also available to rent!

MountainTop Cabin

Our property is new construction that we completed in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

The Cabins at Kenai Lake- "Yakutat"

Alaska-Real-Simple! This is the REAL Thing! A rustic Alaska Lakefront Cabin located in the heart of the Kenai Peninsula. Off the Grid, No Wifi, No electricity, well water, propane lights, wood stove for heat. You can't get more "Remote" without hiring a float plane, a water taxi, or walking for 2 hours! But we're just moments from the Seward Highway. Guests have access to the wood fired lakefront sauna and hot tub. Pet friendly.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Nestled in central Seward, with panoramic mountain views overlooking Resurrection Bay, this newly renovated apartment is the ideal vacation hub. Situated only a couple blocks from the waterfront beach, as well as the main street restaurants and coffee shops, exploring this iconic town is made easy! Adventure is at your doorstep with seaside bike paths, Mt. Marathon hiking trail, the boat harbor, and Seward’s famous SeaLife Center.

Beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms and large sleeping loft with 6 beds. Amazing 360 degree view at the treetops. Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing. No dogs without permission, and please message me about this first. We have WiFi now. No parties, strict outside quiet hours are at 9:30.

Clear Creek Cabin

Welcome to Clear Creek Cabin located just 5 minutes from Seward. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.

Eagles Nest Cabin #2!! (Double Queen)

These little cabins are the ideal location for your Seward vacation. They are located 4 miles from Historic Downtown Seward, and 8 miles from Exit Glacier/Kenai Fjords National Park! Full bath, laundromat on site. The cabins are located on over an acre of property and have their own private driveways, porches, and shared fire pit areas. Please note, no wifi. Laundry cabin is behind main house.
