The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Here in the far east are the first in the world to see the light of day. Known for our laid-back surf culture, superior Chardonnay and aromatic wines, fertile soils and abundance of local produce. This modern retreat offers the perfect balance of rural peace and coastal convenience, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and our very own persimmon orchard. A 7min (6.3km) drive to town beaches, a 6min (4.4km) drive to town and a 10min (6.3km) drive to the air port.

The Shed - Orchard Retreat

Our two bedroom accomodation is positioned to get the best views out over our citrus orchard. The large deck extends off the spacious open plan lounge and kitchen to allow indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen with everything you may need as well as a bottle of our award winning orange juice. Due our deck and the stairs our property is not suitable for young children. We are a smoke free property and do not allow smoking.
