Situated on 0.7 of an acre, the cabin offers ample space for relaxation, enjoyment of the outdoors and the sounds of the nearby creek. The cabin is just a short walk to Kilner Park, Sunnyside Resort, and Firesign Café, West Shore Market and Lake Tahoe! Please read "Other Things to Note" prior to requesting a reservation.

Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Have Fun!!

The Tiki House is just two doors down from her Sister property The Pirate House. The large 3 BR (plus bonus room) 3 1/2 bath can accommodate up to 8 people. Within 45–60 mins to Tahoe ski resorts for year-round events. The home features five bedrooms plus an open bonus room off the master, offering the flexibility of a sixth bedroom. Guests love the layout for its perfect balance of togetherness & privacy.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Located in the Beautiful Sparks Marina this water front home is consisting of a large living room with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with breathtaking views of the Marina from every angle. There are five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen has full amenities. The exterior features unobstructed views of the Sparks Marina Lake from the stained concrete patio surrounded by glass fencing for those Beautiful Nevada Mornings and Evenings.
