Beautiful Waterfront Condo, in gorgeous St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, overlooking Red Hook and uninhabited islands. All 32 condos were recently renovated as of 2020. Renovations are now complete on all units, and includes new exterior, new windows, doors, glass sliding doors all to building code. Inside the condo recent updates include a new kitchen, new stove, new ceiling fans, new bathroom vanity, new furniture. Air Conditioning a split level 24k unit works great and pumps cold A/C.

This newly finished studio apartment is perched above Red Hook with commanding views over the Harbor and extending all the way to St. John. The studio has a lovely king bed that gazes out to the STUNNING view, a full kitchen, eat-in dining table, dish network television and wifi. It sits above the center of RedHook and less than a half mile from the St. John ferry.

We are 5 minute drive from Redhook on the east end of St Thomas. We are on the $1 Safari route as well. Linquist Beach and Sapphire Beach are both about a 3 minute drive away.
