This Host has a strict policy, and will not accept guests residing or originating from Red Deer.

Fully furnished basement suite

Located in Oriole Park, nothing is too far away. Easy access to anything in Red Deer via the main roads with restaurants, stores, the highway and the college only minutes away. Parking along the front of the house is free and you are more than welcome to use the backyard. Two larger dogs live upstairs and use the backyard but do not go downstairs to the unit. The washer/dryer are free of charge and the kitchenette has everything except for a dishwasher.

Welcome to our cozy two bedroom main floor condo, centrally located on Lakeshore Drive, in the beautiful town of Sylvan Lake. Enjoy lake life from your private, enclosed patio or walk just 15 meters for direct access to the lakefront and beach. Take advantage of the many amenities within walking distance; micro brewery's, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and shopping. This recently renovated unit is located in a quiet, secure building.

SunRise SUITE

You will enter SunRise Suite from the back of the house and it is a separate unit within the lower floor of the home. The spacious suite includes a full kitchen and 3 piece bathroom with shower. You will sleep in a kingsize bed in the bedroom. Also on the lower level are two Airbnb bedrooms for other guests. You will have access to a washer and dryer which is outside the suite door and shared with other Airbnb guests.

You will love this place! Immediately when you walk in the door you will feel a calm atmosphere where you can relax after a long day at work or passing through on your travels. The location of my place can't be beat- right next door to rec centre with state-of-the-art fitness center, running track, gymnasium, outdoor water park and hot tub. So many beautiful trails to walk, bike, or run right outside the front door!
