Outside the area lies the unexploited Thailand with a rich selection of restaurants, beaches and markets. The nearest beach is only 400m and to pool about 50m. The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.
