Escape to the Unique Hokkaido Farmstay Experience

We are Kitchen Garden, two local Japanese farmers from Hokkaido. Our farm is located about 30 min drive form Niseko, internationally famous ski resort. We are very excited to be able to offer a farm stay experience to international and domestic travellers interested in learning about rural Hokkaido. We speak fluent English and Japanese. 小樽の小高い山にある、海と山が一望できる民泊ezora、 刻々と景色が変わり、ずっと眺めていたくなる景色は忘れることができない思い出になります。ここでゆっくり過ごしたいとリピートしていただくことが多いです。 お部屋は全リフォームしたのでとてもきれいです。洋室は2部屋ありますので、ご家族やグループでも自分の時間を保つことができます。調理器具や洗濯機はそろっており、WI-FIもあるので、長期滞在のご利用も多いです。小樽や札幌の中間にあり、高速ICからも近いので遠出の観光もしやすいです。 お車がないと不便な場所ですが、銭函駅からタクシーを利用することもできます。冬期間は四駆であれば軽自動車でも登ってこられますが大雪の際は除雪が入るまでは移動ができませんのでご了承ください。 犬は二頭まで一緒に宿泊OKで別料金2000円（2頭まで同額、犬種問わず）をご請求いたします。犬宿泊同意書のサインが必要になりますので予約時に内容をお送りします。（狂犬病予防注射接種、ワクチン接種必須等）※猫は不可 2026年4月1日より北海道と小樽市で宿泊に対して宿泊税を課せられることになりました。

完全独立型二世帯住宅のような建物です。 1LDKのこぢんまりとした一棟貸しです。 隣にはホストが居住しています。 建物は新しくシンプルです。 ニセコスキー場エリアから、少し離れた静かな別荘地にあります。 寝室１、ベッド２台。 お部屋は1LDKで、2名様までご宿泊いただけます。 セルフチェックイン、セルフチェックアウトで入室退出できます。 徒歩圏内に駅やバス停やお店はありません。 買い物やレストランやスキーへ行くにも、車が必ず必要な場所です。 ニセコの各スキー場や、大きいスーパーマーケットまで、車で20分以内。 ルスツリゾートスキー場まで、車で30分。 ニセコビュープラザ（道の駅）まで車で5分。 ペットは1匹まで同伴OK（ペット料金2000円。トイレトレーニング済みの子のみ可能） 外に出て、近所を少し散歩すると、晴れた日には羊蹄山や遠くにスキー場が見えます。 ※2027年から冬季のみの営業になります。 ※ニセコ町と北海道で導入されている宿泊税並びに、2026年9月15日以降のAirbnb宿泊手数料は、宿泊料金に含まれております。

The chalet is a cozy and welcoming cocoon, perfect for family holidays. Following several successful seasons, we have upgraded the property with a redesigned kitchen ideal for dining up to 12 guests and added a new bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The chalet now offers 5 bedrooms, an open living space with Mount Yotei views, Bose sound system, Smart TV, and a 4WD Mitsubishi Delica. An anti-COVID-19 cleaning treatment is included before arrival.
