Newly converted double garage conversion into a lovely bright and airy self contained flat. Their is a large bedroom with adjoining toilet, shower and hand basin. Their is a roomy kitchen sitting area equipped with small tv with loads of freeview channels. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with small freezer compartment. Plates cups, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen has a breakfast/laptop bar and stools and a Settee. We’re very happy with this lovely conversion and hope you will be too. There’s off street parking provided for one car and own private secure access to the flat. The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.
