The 3rd floor attic is finished with beautiful power couch recliners for a great family gathering area. The outside area also nice outdoor seating with a 7 person hot tub. Enjoy a short walk downtown and enjoy all that Plymouth center has to offer. 50 plus restaurants and bars, Plymouth rock, shops, and enjoy the beautiful waterfront. Beaches are a short drive!

Winthrop is a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can come "home" and wind down to the sound of ocean waves, seaside birds, gorgeous sunrises, and beautiful moon rises.

This my home in which I am now an "empty-nester". I have 3 bedrooms available, each with a Queen bed, plus a room over the garage with 2 futons and a mattress. NOTE: I live here and will be home during your stay. You'll have access to a private bathroom and the rest of the house: kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. NO pets allowed My place is close to Boston, Worcester, Providence, state parks, etc. Good for singles, couples, business travelers and families. Great pool and hot tub!

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

This home is in historic Hopkinton, where the Boston Marathon starts, center of MA.
