Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Our Studio Verde has been prepared with care for our guests. You can walk to famous Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands in just a few minutes. Mountain biking/hiking at Lake Mangamahoe is less than 10 minutes drive. Relax in a tranquil setting surrounded by native bush, enjoy abundant bird life, (plus we have chickens) and a nature track that runs behind our property and connects to the Te Henui walkway and spectacular New Plymouth Coastal walkway. The Little House

Lovely little private cabin in Fitzroy. Newly renovated and consists of a bedroom with King size bed, There is a skylight above the bed equipped with a blockout blind. The Bathroom is en-suite with large rain shower. Cosy lounge area with flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with microwave, toaster and a fridge for your wine and beers! The French doors lead to a decked area overlooking your own garden area where you can relax and unwind.

Warm, comfortable, fresh and clean, this new home will have you feeling relaxed in an instant. A leisurely 2 minute stroll will have you at the famous Pukekura Park which hosts the Festival of the lights & WOMAD. The park is perfect for the kids with the free Brooklands Zoo and high quality playgrounds within. A 5-10min walk will have you at the west end precinct where you’ll find the Govett Brewster Art Galley, Puke Ariki museum + New Plymouths top bars and eateries.

Little Church Bay Bed & Breakfast

Our newly constructed Little Church Bay is located in one of the best locations in Taranaki. It’s on the beachfront at East End Beach -a short stroll along the walkway into town for the best shops, cafes, bars & tourist attractions. Available for bed & breakfast stays & function hire ie wedding ceremonies. A romantic oasis cosy & private with many activities on your doorstep. Pls note we no longer hold wedding ceremonies at Little Church Bay 2 night min.

Studio on Courtenay Close to CBD & Coast Walkway

When location is key! Studio on Courtenay is convenient yet quietly located on a no exit extension of the one way street into town. 10-15 min walk to supermarket 15-20 min walk to CBD or approx $10 Uber ride 8-10 min walk along Te Henui Stream to the ocean front walkway 5-10 mins walk to 4 hotel restaurants & Cafes (Devon, Plymouth, Auto Lodge & Novotel) Weekend checkout 11am (weekday 10:00am or later by arrangement)

Apartment by the Park

This recently redecorated two bedroom apartment (sorry, not suitable for small children) is 3-4 minutes walk to the magnificent Pukekura Park, and 1-2 minutes walk to shops and takeaways. 1km to CBD and 1.5km to coastal walkway. Down a short right-of-way, with no road noise, this apartment would suit a couple or two individuals. You will love this location and the private section. No cleaning charge.
