The room is about 140 sqft, and it comes with a large private deck with a great view of the Pilgrim Monument. It has a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. The house is surrounded by sweeping fields that lead down to Nauset Marsh. Steps away from the Fort Hill Nature Trail. A truly unique stay. For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House.. Room 5 is a SMALL room on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. It offers a king bed and private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.

“At Hydrangea Farm” is a quintessential Cape residence. The entire second floor of this original "full cape" is yours with a private entrance. Surrounded by a beautiful collection of hydrangeas, your hosts, Mary Kay and Mal, are eager to share their love of the garden and their prime location on Cape Cod. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed in your suite or, weather permitting, at the table on the terrace shaded by an awning overlooking the gardens.
