Situated in the garden of our home, overlooking a beautiful mature willow, guests will find parking beside the garage leading to a private doorway with stairs up to the Studio.

The Beehive, at Snatch Farm, Ubley is a new refurbishment of old farm buildings, tucked round the back of Snatch Farm. There is 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, open plan sitting /dining room and bathroom. Surrounded by countryside this is a truly peaceful place. Perfect for couples or individuals to explore the beautiful Chew Valley and Mendip Hills and the cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells. The Beehive is next to our family home with access via our garden. Self-contained hideaway flat in the heart of Wells

The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

If you want to venture further a field we are perfectly situated to visit Bath, Glastonbury, Wells and surrounding areas.

Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Little 3 bed converted barn on top of Cheddar George, Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Countryside walks are right outside your doorstep taking you to the wonderful Mendip views. Popular location for cyclists and dog walkers. This countryside get away can feel secluded to some and mobile signal can be poor. However, the cottage has TrueSpeed fibre WiFi. 1 master bedroom with en suite (Please note this is the only bathroom) 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.
