Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Margo's Seashore Villa

Peaceful oceanside garden suite with covered patio area, fire table and BBQ. Steep path to private beach. Enjoy panoramic ocean view from your suite and watch otters play and whales spout. Relax and enjoy your stay in this ground level, newly renovated one bedroom suite located in a 100+ year old home in Historic Townsite. This suite is located on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to Powell Lake, to a lovely ocean beach, our local brewery and a boutique mall with cafe, bakery, grocery store and other cool shops. The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.

Coastal Ocean View Cottage w/ Hot Tub

This place is a true getaway for those looking to kick back and slow down for a while. Fix yourself a coffee in the morning followed by a little R&R on the front patio soaking in the hot tub while taking in the ocean view. You may just be able to spot a seal or even a killer whale! Frolander Bay Resort - Tiny Cottages

*HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. In this spacious cottage style home you will be able to enjoy the privacy of this cozy space which is set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acre property. Conveniently located close to town, shopping, the recreation centre, walking distance to trails, lakes and the ocean. Upon arrival you will see that the winding driveway leads to the blueberry orchard and where we call home.
