This spacious and quiet ground floor office-apartment is 1 km away from Potsdamer Platz and usually my office. If it is rented, I work at home 2km away. Opposite is a nice organic cafe, around the corner supermarkets, restaurants, bus / subway can be reached in under 2 min, yet the small street itself is residential and very peaceful. In the other direction 5 minutes away is a large park. 2,4 km to Brandenburger Tor. The ideal place in Berlin!
