At our clean and comfortable Farm4 unit, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on five acres of land, beautiful views, dark, star-lit nights, all on a quiet, safe country road. You will enjoy a completely private unit with a kitchenette and 65" large screen TV. You will find yourself surrounded by wooded land, wildlife including turkey, deer, birds, foxes, raccoons, and sometimes turtles and more. And <2 miles to Clarkson!

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.
