La sala de estar se abre a la amplia zona exterior de la villa de un total de 400 m² donde hay una piscina, estacionamiento, terrazas cubiertas, una zona de descanso y un cenador con tumbonas. La piscina con una superficie total de 45 m² está climatizada. El aire acondicionado se encuentra en la sala de estar, mientras que los dormitorios están equipados con ventiladores de techo empotrados y televisores. Otras características de este apartamento incluyen Internet inalámbrico, estacionamiento, lavadora, lavavajillas y una zona exterior destinada al disfrute donde hay instalaciones como una piscina y una barbacoa. En el patio de la villa hay suficiente espacio para aparcar de 2 a 3 coches, sin embargo, el camino de acceso al patio es estrecho, por lo que si viene un coche más grande como una FURGONETA, ofrecemos una solución de estacionamiento al principio de la calle. Restaurantes y tiendas están a sólo unos minutos a pie (400 m).La playa más cercana está a 850 m, al igual que el propio centro de la ciudad, donde podrá encontrar servicios como tiendas, tiendas de recuerdos, panaderías, restaurantes y bares nocturnos. Un lugar interesante que recomendamos visitar es el Vía Crucis de 2,5 km de longitud, que comienza en las inmediaciones de la villa. El Vía Crucis tiene 14 estaciones y termina a 200 m sobre el nivel del mar, donde hay un mirador con vistas al mar de Novigrad y a la cordillera de Velebit.
