The cosy cottage provides perfect accommodation for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the spa pool, sauna, and paddle boards whilst experiencing breath-taking views. The cottage is located a stones throw from the beach, with stunning views looking over Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

The property is situated within the picturesque village of Portpatrick. There are 2 large bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with separate shower, and downstairs WC. The lounge has TV, Wi Fi & woodburner. There is an enclosed decked garden to the rear. The kitchen has separate fridge & freezer, dish washer & washing machine. There is a large driveway to the side. Portpatrick is situated approximately 6 miles from the main town of Stranraer.

The flat has been newly refurbished and offers a quiet, secluded retreat while still being just a stone’s throw from all local amenities. The garden seating provides stunning views overlooking the harbour and across the sea to Ireland. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, take in the scenery and relax. I’ve also provided a little bistro set, at the front of the flat, which gets the sun all day and also has views down to the harbour.

“Number1 Dinvin St” is a beautifully restored 18th Century cottage situated in the heart of one of Scotland’s most picturesque coastal fishing villages. The focal point of the cottage is our large dining kitchen with it’s open fire. To the rear of the cottage is a mature walled garden with an elevated deck giving sensational views acrossThe North Channel to Northern Ireland.
