Now Netflix , TVs in dining, lounge and bedroom.

With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.
