Looking to have the bay view without having to deal with the traffic of Bay Ave? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a lodge-themed interior. Small town coastal vibes. It’s only 3 blocks to the pier and 9 blocks to the marina. We have plenty of room to park & wash boats on our two concrete drives w/ a hose. Our Internet is 100x100 and there are 3 TVs ready to stream. The deck looks right at San Antonio Bay and a tree shades it in the afternoon.

This fun rental is located on the ground level and includes the entire FIRST floor. Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen and full-over-full bunks One bathroom w/ shower. Bedrooms have smart TVs. Sit on the patio and look at the water as the locals pass by in golf carts and give a friendly wave. The city boat ramp is 8 blocks away. We have a huge parking area for trucks and boats. Beach-themed interior Update: new floors and new couch added to unit April 2025. Updated pictures July 2025.
