City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Kuhinja, kupaona i prostrana terasa. Apartman udaljen od starogradske jezgre 300 metara, od plaže 200 metara. Za goste je domaćin uvijek dostupan.

This is an apartment that accomodates up to 5 people (2 persons sleeps on a sofa in the living room 144x200 cm). The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
