Permit # 332534 Our cozy cabin is located in the Al Tahoe neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. This is a great neighborhood that is within minutes to Heavenly Village and the Stateline, and just a 5 minute walk to El Dorado Beach and Reagan Beach. Just a few minutes away you can walk to a popular wine bar and cafe, breakfast and coffee shops, a market, sandwich shops, antique stores, and much much more. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful weather and welcoming sounds of Tahoe.

Tranquil Tahoe Retreat

Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Tahoe Basecamp: Hot Tub, Pool Table, Forest Land

Tucked away in National Forest Land and ideally located between multiple ski resorts and the lake, our Lake Tahoe basecamp is a special place. Immersed in tall pines, woods, and the mountains, enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, and the Upper Truckee River steps from the back door. Well optimized with pool table, fireplaces, PS5, equipped kitchen, huge dining table, and comfortable furniture. With 7 beds, including 3 king and a bunk room, we can host 8 guests plus extra children 5 and younger.

Sierra Studio ( permit# HRP-094 )

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Fun is all around this condo!! Ski Resorts, Beaches, Restaurants, Stateline, Heavenly Village are all close! Our Mt. Modern condo is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the lake. We take pride in our newly remodeled condo! Perfect for up to six people w/a king size bed in the master and two full size bunk beds in 2nd room. We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!
