All the amenities are here with a full chef's kitchen, full bathroom with shower, separate bedroom and huge covered deck with ample morning sun. The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work has started on the section next door to us which may result in some building/construction noise during the week.Please take this into account when booking

Cosy and sunny, recently renovated unit on Sentinel Road in the wonderful suburb of Herne Bay. The unit has everything you need for a short stay and a great private outdoor area. Perfect for a single or couple. You will have a private car park that fits up to a medium-sized SUV (eg Mazda CX-5 or similar). Please be mindful of neighbours living in the complex and keep noise to a minimum.
